Dues are charged per competitor per competition: whichever is greater of the country-band amount or a percentage of the base registration fee.
Estimate based on Dues System policy v1.11. Band changes, exemptions, and the final invoice are decided by the WCA Financial Committee.

How it is calculated
- Country is where the competition takes place, not where the delegate lives.
- Registration-based due is 15% of the base fee for Bands 4 and 5, 10% for Band 3, and 5% for Bands 1 and 2, converted to USD at the rate on the competition's final day.
- Per-competitor due is the greater of the band amount and the registration-based amount. Band 0 always owes nothing.
- Total is the per-competitor due times the number of competitors who participated.
- Base fee is the minimum a non-discounted competitor must pay to enter at least one event.
